All I’ve got to say is THANK YOU BUZZFEED for these healthy, yummy, banana pancakes. This is super easy, AND for you gluten free lovers- this is a winner! You need three ingredients, easy as pie: One banana, two eggs, and cinnamon. Seriously ya’ll- good stuff.

First, put a whole banana into a bowl.

With a fork, mash it until its good and soft. Get all the lumps out.

Break two eggs into the bowl. I like organic but thats just a preference.

Mash & stir it up until you have an even consistency.

Now, I LOVE cinnamon but you don’t have to put a lot in. Put how ever much you like in.

Mix until all the cinnamon is throughout the dish.

Dump that bad boy in a pan and treat like normal pancakes (you can tell when they need to be flipped).

I’m a peanut butter fanatic so I put peanut butter on mine. You can also put syrup. If you have never tried this peanut butter you better get your butt in gear and get some.

ITS THE BEST IN THE WORLD. I wrote the company back in the DAY and told them how I thought they were “the bomb”. I’ve turned many of people onto this good stuff.

ENJOY!!
