For today’s Thrifty Thursday, I’m telling you, I hit the jackpot at Goodwill. First off I found these two INCREDIBLE old mirrors; One large, black, oval shaped one (previously been painted) and a smaller square one. What I like about these two mirrors is the incredible organic designs around the glass. You could hang the oval one up by itself or pair it with other things. The smaller gold one would look AMAZING in hangin collage of assortments above a couch, bed or desk. My game plan : to spray paint both of these. The mirrors I found reminded me of some of the ones at Anthropologie. Next amazing find is a beautiful black dress by Monteau. Having a black dress is a serious essential for girl, and you can NEVER have to many. Can I get an amen?? Next (I’m so excited about this one) is a book called Handmade Weddings. When I was planning my wedding I wanted this book so bad but never bought it. It has so many wonderful, crafty ideas in it. Even still – a fabulous book if you are married! Lastly I found this cute basket and gorgeous scarf. I thinking why not put blankets in it in my living room?? All it takes is a little patience, and some sorting through things and you can find awesome things! Why pay full price?

I see the beauty in imperfect things. As a Christ-follower, faith is central to my life, work, and connections. When I’m not photographing weddings, I enjoy long walks in the neighborhood with my husband, my kiddos Tuxie and Sunny, and my labradoodle Hokie.. Also, I am a huge dog-lover! I’m pretty sure heaven is full of dogs. I can’t wait to connect with you, and yes, your pup is always welcome here!
