Thrifty Thursdays : Springtime Richmond Virginia Wedding Photographer

It’s Springtime and I keep finding the pots, jackpot! For today’s Thrifty Thursday I found two, beautiful ceramic planters, that AWESOME owl lamp, and a sweet Nirvana shirt you can’t see (trust me, it rocks). Since spring is here I have been in this green mood! I have been planting like crazy! We have this side, screened – in porch that we are turning into a jungle. Its so relaxing to sit out on our rocking chairs and just read and watch the birds. Yes I am turning into a grandma. Is that what grandmas do? ANYWAYS, I keep finding these beautiful pots so I just keep hitting up Home Depot and buying more plants for them. My husband is seeing $$$ as he reads this. He knows Goodwill = more projects and plants. HAHAHA. Okay now that owl lamp – I am pretty sure it was gaudy and someone sprayed it white. Thats okay, saves me some work. I am totally going to hit up Target and get a lamp shade for that beauty. As for the Nirvana shirt, I don’t think its totally vintage but it looks it! All these goodies found at Goodwill. We have like three in 5 mile radius. Its GENIUS & a little dangerous for us thrifters. I’ll have to plant some stuff in my pots and show you next week! Stay tuned!!

When I’m not photographing weddings, I enjoy long walks in the neighborhood with my husband, my kiddos Tuxie and Sunny, and my labradoodle Hokie.. Also, I am a huge dog-lover! I’m pretty sure heaven is full of dogs. I can’t wait to connect with you, and yes, your pup is always welcome here!
