Okay so Day 1 was hard. They say it gets easier but I don’t think so. I’m starving and want food. REAL FOOD. Before making the lunch smoothie I decided to play with my kale. The first man has an afro, and the second guy has chops (I got the plate at Barnes and Noble if you are wondering).
LUNCH SMOOTHIE
4 Celery Stalks
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Kale Leaves
1/2 Green Apple
1/2 Lime
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Pineapple
