Celebrating their status as newlyweds, Katie and Brandon chose Hermitage Country Club as the site for their lovely wedding reception. They couldn’t have been happier with the results. Hermitage Country Club’s wide variety of settings, views and natural spaces made for breathtaking wedding photos.

Brandon is adventurous, kind and known for his sense of humor whereas Katie is empathetic, generous and outgoing. As you can definitely see in their photos, their personalities are excellent compliments to each other.

Timeless summer wedding

Katie let me know that their wedding was everything that they hoped for, saying it was, “emotional, gorgeous, and so much fun.” After some stressful rescheduling and having to opt for a different church than they original chose, they found themselves feeling the one they were actually wed in was meant to be. Following their beautiful union at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church on the 8th of August, the couple and their guests went to Hermitage Country Club, their reception location, which held all the same feelings of destiny. The diverse and inspirational views ensured an event that was as cute as it was emotional. Katie and Brandon wanted a classic, timeless summer wedding. Their country club wedding gave them exactly that.

What made the day even more special

Memories of their first dance, heartfelt speeches, as well as the precious time spent with friends and family will undoubtedly be lifelong memories for Brandon and Katie. Hermitage Country Club’s big dance floor was a must for their wedding and everyone took advantage of the opportunity to either bust some moves or to take a tender moment with their significant other.

We ended the day with portraits at sunset, Brandon twirling Katie as they began their new life together.

When I’m not photographing weddings, I enjoy long walks in the neighborhood with my husband, my kiddos Tuxie and Sunny, and my labradoodle Hokie.. Also, I am a huge dog-lover! I’m pretty sure heaven is full of dogs. I can’t wait to connect with you, and yes, your pup is always welcome here!
