This past weekend a FABULOUS group of friends (my small group) and I spent some time up at Massanutten for a little get-a-way, a Sabbath.  You know what we did? NOTHING, AND IT WAS GREAT! We ate, played games, laughed, and spent quality time together. We learned about each others marriages and encouraged each other in life. The last night together we had an amazing Friendsgiving dinner and enjoyed just being in each others presensce. During dinner, I took a moment to look around.  People were laughing and eating and I thought, “Wow, I am so grateful for this group.”  We are all so different but we have the most amazing thing in common – – A love for Jesus Christ. What a beautiful bond is that !?? This trip was a fabulous lead into Thanksgiving and a great reminder of what this life is truly all about. It doesn’t matter how much money you have, the latest iPhone, or the newest camera. It’s about love,  friendships and family. You can have everything in the world but be the most unhappy person. Chasing the next best thing will NEVER STOP so why don’t we focus on chasing what is life giving? Fullness comes from Him and Him alone. This trip was life giving, and not only filled up my heart but my soul. Love you guys!!!

I'M NICKI

I see the beauty in imperfect things. As a Christ-follower, faith is central to my life, work, and connections. I am fueled by joy, known for my bubbly and sunny disposition, and always with a warm hug. Imperfect beauty inspires my love for all things vintage, abstract art, and real love stories. I bring all of these elements to my time with my couples. With over a decade of experience in the industry, I know how to gently guide you through poses that are natural and beautiful. The transition into this sentence doesn’t make sense. Throughout your day, you will feel the love from those there to celebrate
 you two. 
When I’m not photographing weddings, I enjoy long walks in the neighborhood with my husband, my kiddos Tuxie and Sunny, and my labradoodle Hokie.. Also, I am a huge dog-lover! I’m pretty sure heaven is full of dogs. I can’t wait to connect with you, and yes, your pup is always welcome here!
