Rosie Alyea, blogger of the yummy website, Sweetapolia just came out with her new book The Sweetapolita Bakebook, that hit shelves on April 7th, 2015!!! If you have ever been to her website its seriously magical; pastels, pinks, and tons of sweetness! To celebrate her new launch, Gourmand Baker, and Posh PR, came together to recreate some of the fabulous recipes in her book!! Seriously- go out and buy her book, you’ll be drooling and baking for days!
Gourmand Baker’s very own Laura Hayes created all of these masterpieces and I was astonished at the amount of detail that goes into decorating! Posh PR’s Caroline Byrgman styled everything and made it look like it was out of magazine (she is amazing at that!). Her love of unicorns, pinks and pretty things really made the deserts come to life!! The girly, girl in me started to come out and I fell in love with it all.
The soft pastels, creamy whites, golds and pinks were all eye candy but I must say that there was something else that caught my attention the most- The sprinkled milk jugs. I truly had to contain myself from reaching over and drinking them! The jugs were filled with the freshest, creamiest milk, and the rims were coated with colorful sprinkles! Who wouldn’t want to drink them? I guess this means I’m just going to have to make them and serve them at my house!!
