This Maymont Park Maternity Session was a beautiful moment for this soon-to-be family of 4 to celebrate their next big adventure!
Tara and William were looking for a beautiful spot in the city to capture their maternity session. They chose Maymont Park because it is a special place for their family. They often visit the park when they want to enjoy nature without leaving the city. When we met for this maternity session, it was early spring and the flowers were in full bloom! It was the perfect setting to create a comfortable experience for this beautiful mom to be!
What’s so special about this session is that the whole family came together to honor the arrival of their new baby. I loved seeing the joy and wonderment on her big sister’s face each time she rubbed Mommy’s belly! Mom even bought gorgeous matching floral printed sundresses for her and big sister to wear during the shoot. Mom was such a vision and we worked together to capture the essence of her pregnancy! How much do you love that?!
Mom’s favorite part of her pregnancy so far has been feeling her sweet baby move around inside her belly. But, she is most looking forward to watching her daughters grow up together and become best friends!
I asked the soon-to-be parents of two what piece of advice they would give to expecting parents, and here’s what they had to say!
“You’re going to get a lot of advice & input. Some of it will be helpful, most of it won’t. Only you know what is best for your child, it’s okay to do it your way.”
